0.25 oz aperitif
0.25 oz passion fruit
0.75 oz lemon
0.5 oz mint syrup
2 oz soda or sparkling wine

How To Make -

0.5 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Noyeaux
0.75 oz lime juice
1.5 oz Feni
1 egg white
2 oz Mango Jarritos
Cayenne Powder

The Feni French 75

How To Make -

1.5 oz Feni
0.5 oz pineapple gum syrup
0.5 oz lactic acid solution (10%)
1.5 oz chamomile lavender tea (I used Traditional Medicinals)
Lime twist

Mix all ingredients except the lime twist. Chill well. Carbonate at 50-60 psi for maximum bubbles. Chill well again.

Drinkware– Flute glass and garnish with a lime twist.

Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Key Lime liqueur

How To Make -

1/2 oz Kafi Feni
1/2 oz triple sec
3 oz pinapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

FENI MULE

How To Make -

4 oz Ginger Beer, 1 ½ oz Kafi Feni, ⅙ oz fresh lime juice

Preparation- Combine Feni and Ginger Beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish it with a lime slice.

Served- On the rocks; poured over ice.

BRUNCH IN PANJALI

How To Make -

1 ½ oz Kafi Feni, ½ oz Apricot liquor, ½ oz fresh lemon juice, a splash of Dry Vermouth

Preparation- Combine Feni, Apricot Liquor, Dry Vermouth, and Lemon juice in a Cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

Served- Up

Drinkware - Champagne flute

MR. BURNS

How To Make -

1 ½ oz Kafi Feni, ½ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, ½ oz cucumber juice, ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor, 1 egg white.

Preparation- Combine Feni, lime juice, simple syrup, cucumber juice, Luxardo Liquor and an egg white in a cocktail shaker with no ice. Shake vigorously and add ice, shake again and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish the drink with Peychaud’s bitters.
